Danny got out and did a little elk scouting. He managed to find a nice big bull that he will be going after on opening day. He also found something even more rare, a dead big horn ram.
The bull is a 6X7
Danny thinks that this ram was killed in an avalanche this winter. The trees below him were all plowed over and the ram was right in the middle of a snowfield. He had just thawed out and has barely start stinking.
